What do I need to do?
- Download the support tool
Click the download button and wait for the file to finish downloading.
- Open the downloaded file
It will normally appear in the top-right or bottom area of your web browser.
- Follow your engineer’s instructions
Your Evolve engineer will guide you through anything else needed to start the support session.
